Location

Good Shepherd Catholic Community Parish Hall

1000 Tinker Road, Colleyville, TX 76034

Less than a mile down the street from CBI, Good Shepherd is at the corner of Pleasant Run and Tinker Road. Easiest access is from Highway 26: turn onto Tinker Road at the light, and enter the large church parking lot to your right. The event is in the community hall, in the Northwest corner of the lot.

Attire

While there is no dress code, we would be happy for you to take advantage of our event’s theme and come as you would to the Kentucky Derby. However, like any casino, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself while you help our deserving beneficiaries. As in previous years, we will have attendees in all forms of attire, from casual to formal wear. Coat check will be available upon your arrival to the parish hall.

Parking

The Casino Night entrance is the West side of the Parish Hall, where there is plenty of parking. You can’t miss the signs at the entrance!

Arrival and Check-In

At arrival, your tickets and prize chances will be waiting for you at our Will Call welcome desk. Your admission includes heavy hors d’oeuvres from Mac’s On Main, drink tickets, and some gaming chips to get you started. We encourage you to take advantage of special pricing for additional gambling chips when you check in. You can also sign up for our Wine Pull and Special Raffle for three awesome prizes!

Schedule of Events

6:30 pm      Doors open for check-in.

7:00 pm      Welcome, and let the fun, food and gambling begin!

10:00 pm    Live auction. Raffle drawings, Special Raffle drawing,dessert and closing thoughts.

Silent Auction

Over 100 items will be open for silent auction at tables set in the room adjacent to check-in. New this year is an online bidding process that will allow you to participate between hands of blackjack or other casino games! Click here to find out more on how online bidding works.

Raffle Drawing

When the gambling hall closes at 10 pm, all attendees will convert the chips they have won into raffle tickets. All of our dealers will be available to assist with this process. By placing one or more of your raffle tickets into the raffle jars, you could win some of our fantastic prizes. Please note that you must present your half of the raffle ticket during the raffle pull in order to claim the prize.

Live Auction

We have fantastic items that we will auction off at the end of the night, after a few quick words of thanks. You really cannot miss the opportunity to bid on this tremendous slate of items, and make a huge impact for our beneficiaries.

Other Surprises!

We will have a limited number of special items for sale at check-in. Get there early so you can get more information about our:

  • Spin-to-Win Wine Pull:  Here's your chance to win a premium bottle of wine! All participants are guaranteed to win a bottle!
  • Special Raffle: Something for our friends who couldn’t make the event, although we might have a few tickets remaining for day of sales. One ticket = up to four chances to win! Tickets are $30 or 4 tickets for $100.
